I got a CGEM II last Friday!! Got it out last night and I tell you this is a beast (to me that is) but real easy to setup and align. After I did the alignment a few times (each time was able to goto objects) I then went to Polaris, re-centered on the RA and Dec index, and then fine tuned my polar alignment and did another 2 star align with 2 calibration stars. I bet my tracking was good enough for some long exposure. Now just waiting on my Celestron AVX/8" Newtonian. Yes I ordered this setup after yours. I already have the baader coma corrector, mag mini auto guide a used canon 60d, pocket power, and a polemaster. Just need the tube and will be under way. Oh, have a Svbony eos clip in ;ight pollution filter as my backyard is 9.
